Falk Guide (iPhone)

When I rotate my iPhone display, part of the screen is missing.: The Falk Guide is not designed for a widescreen display. Please use it in portrait format.
What is the difference between Google Maps and Open Street Maps?: Maps from Open Street Maps can be downloaded and used offline.
Why are no pin texts shown on Google Maps?: Google does not support pin texts. If you want information on a pin, you must tap on it.
Can I cancel when downloading maps?: Yes. You can download any missing parts later on.
What happens when I select “Update Now”?: Content relevant to the system is updated. Occasionally, travel-guide content is updated too.
What do the “Automatic Updates” do?: They allow the system to rectify minor errors itself.
The “Favourites” screen is white.: You have not saved any favourites yet. You can add a POI from the detailed POI view straight to your favourites.
The distance figure does not change when I move.: Distances in the Falk Guide are calculated only when the program is launched.
“Plus Audio” is not available in certain cities.: Audio information is not available for all cities. Audio information can be added for Berlin, Hamburg, London, Munich
and Paris. Audio information for Vienna is pre-installed.
When I try to purchase a city guide, all I get is a busy wheel.: Your Internet connection to Apple’s In-App Purchase System is not working or your iPhone is not online.
