Guarantee processing


If your Falk navigation device  error or fault occurs under normal conditions of use within the guarantee period,
you can send in your device for a free repair. The conditions for claiming on the guarantee (GTCs)
can be found here  

Please only use our processing system for the repair of your device. We will provide you
with a prepared covering letter which you then just need to print out.
